All sessions will be delivered virtually, and can be booked on a weekly, Bi-Weekly or as needed basis.
Before booking your initial appointment I encourage you to book a free 15 minute consultation with me. This will give you a chance to ask any questions, and get a feel for who I am and my approach to therapy.

Initial appointments tend to take longer, and include discussions around your history, a preliminary assessment, your main focus and concerns, and anything else we may need to address.

Insurance

Most Ontario insurance companies cover services provided by a social worker

• Direct billing is not available at this time

• please contact your Health insurance provider to ensure social work services are covered

• Please note: Social work services are HST exempt

Payment

• Payment is due prior to each session

• an invoice will be provided shortly after to submit to your insurer

Cancellation Policy

Vita therapy requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 24
hours, or do not attend your session, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
